Pint of Science Festival - Astronomy on Tap
Venus rotates on its axis in the opposite direction from all the other planets in the Solar System and it rotates so slow, its day is longer than its year. Go home Venus, you're drunk.
Astronomy on Tap was invited to collaborate with Pint of Science for their 2016 Festival. Our theme for the night was: Drink in the Universe. I co-hosted as my alter ego MC Stardust and also gave a talk entitled "Go Home Universe, You're Drunk" about all the crazy anomalies in our Solar System, galaxy, and Universe. Needless to say, it was a blast.
